TRAVELLING TO
THE CATTERY
Only
a few seasoned travellers take kindly to journeys.
Therefore, owners are strongly advised to put their cat
into a suitable basket or container when carrying their
cat to the Cattery. If you are unable to deliver/collect
your cat we do offer a collection/delivery service at a
charge of 90 pence per mile.

BOOKINGS
It
is advisable to book as early as possible. Bookings can
be made by telephone, letter or by using the on-line
form on the left.

TERMS

Only cats from the same home may share.

A full day's board is charged for days of
arrival and departure. This allows flexibility
for the customer when delivering and collecting
their cats.

Payment of boarding fees is payable at time of
collection. With regard to long term boarding,
payment is due at the end of each calendar
month. We accept payment by debit card, cheque
or cash.

In the event of the owners returning before the
end of the period booked, a 50% reduction is
allowed for the remaining days of the booking.

At Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum
fee is equivalent to 5 days boarding.
CANCELLATIONS
A
cancellation fee may be charged if a booking is
cancelled with less than 14 days notice.
